International Civic Integration Network (2012-2013)

The International Civic Integration is a project sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs. In partnership with Panteia/Research voor Beleid, this project involves the organisation of an International Civic Integration Network. This project is about international knowledge exchange. Hence, it should build on a well-grounded analysis of current policy developments in the field of civic integration. Key aspects of the project will include three working visits in France, Germany and the UK with the primary goal being the establishment of networks for the sharing of ideas and experiences; and a concluding meeting in the Netherlands. Preparatory country reports will be prepared to ensure that the working visits are tailored to the specific context. The main project deliverables will include reports of each working visit which detail a description of the process that has taken place, a summary of the activities, the outcomes of the meeting, learning points, and some concrete points for further discussion culminating in the production of a final report which will answer key knowledge questions.
