Corrupt or corrupted networks? An empirical enquiry
Davina Osei, UNU-MERIT
‘Corrupt or corrupted networks? An empirical enquiry‘ interrogates through different perspectives two crucial dimensions of corruption, namely the multi-layered nature of corruption relationships and the supply side of corruption. This dissertation presents empirical evidence on corruption’s persistence, corruption proclivities and the supply of corruption. It highlight the role of social capital- norms, trust and networks- in cross-country analyses.
