Call for conference papers

UNU-MERIT Internal Conference 27-28 June 2018

On 27-28 June 2018, UNU-MERIT will organise its second annual internal conference. The aim of this conference is to increase interactions between UNU-MERIT researchers, especially between the various research themes. Paper presentation is open to all UNU-MERIT staff, on all UNU-MERIT research themes. All staff members (except 1st year PhD fellows, who will defend their proposals just before the conference) are expected to prepare and present papers. Paper proposals can be submitted through the link below. Deadline for abstract submission is 30 April 2018. Deadline for full paper submission is 17 June 2018. Full papers are expected to be published as working papers or research reports before the conference.

The organising committee will put together a thematic programme of parallel sessions based on the submissions. Discussants and session chairs will be appointed from the conference participants. All presenters are expected to attend the entire conference, and are encouraged to attend sessions that are not directly related to their own research topics.
