AE2/UNU-MERIT joint Macroeconomics Seminar series: To encourage the debates on macroeconomics and to become more familiar with the research interests at AE2 and UNU/MERIT we have decided to start a Macroeconomics seminar series. We expect staff and PhD students who are working on macroeconomics topics (education and/or research) to join! The joint seminar series will include a broad range of speakers on topics of macroeconomics, growth and innovation, every month between September and April. Seminars will be organized alternatively at UNU/MERIT and at SBE.
About the speaker
Prof. Lennart Erixon received his PhD in Economics 1987 at the Department of Economics, Stockholm University. The Department of Economics, Stockholm University has been his work place since 1988, as an associate professor in 1993-2011 and as a full professor from 2011. Since October 2014 he holds a position as professor emeritus of the department. His Research interests include: Economic evolution; Economic psychology; Business-cycle theory; Economic history; Economic policy
