Options for Reference Management

A brief talk (40 minutes) on software tools for managing references. Most of the time will be devoted to Zotero and some to Mendeley. As a popular tool, Endnote will find a mention only for comparison. Please note that this is not a tutorial. There may not be time for everyone to install the software on their computers and mimic every menu option in realtime. Primarily the talk offers a feature comparison between alternatives and an overview of lesser-known rarely-used functionality so that the audience can exploit the recommended tool to its fullest and work more efficiently.
