Hannah Gerits is currently working as a Data Scientist for the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. She holds bachelor's degree in Economics from Maastricht University, and two master's degrees in Economics (from LUISS University in Rome) and Data Science (from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics). Her research interests include the use of Natural Language Processing techniques to bridge data gaps, derive indicators for building Early Warning systems, and analyze policy documents.
