Abdinassir Sagar is a part-time PhD Fellow at UNU-MERIT / Maastricht University - Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG). His PhD research explores the value of e-government for fragile states.

He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta School of Business. He currently works for the United Nations.
