Lindsey Moore is  CEO and Founder of DevelopMetrics, a AI social business at the forefront of applying Large Learning Models to address global challenges. Under Moore's leadership, DevelopMetrics has garnered acclaim as the most promising female-owned tech startup of 2023, an honor bestowed by Tiger Global Ventures and the Global Entrepreneurship Network. Before founding DevelopMetrics, Moore served as a Senior Foreign Service Economist at USAID, managing projects with budgets over $300 million. She has a BA from Trinity College, a MSc from London School of Economics and is pursing a PhD from United Nations University in Maastricht.
