Rodrigo is a Ph.D. fellow at the United Nations University (UNU-MERIT) and the University of Campinas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from the Federal University of Ceará and a Master's degree in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Campinas, Brazil. His research interests encompass the economics of science, international scientific mobility, scientometrics, social network analysis, and science and technology policy. During his Ph.D., Rodrigo has tutored public policy and innovation courses at UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University. He has also worked on an international scientific mobility project sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
