Davide Bonaglia
PhD fellow Research group(s): 1. Economics of Knowledge and Innovation Davide holds a bachelor and master’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Brescia. He joined the PhD program at UNU-Merit the last August 2019. He works primarily on innovation and economics of geography using patent data and statistics. His PhD research looks at the global innovation network from a geographical perspective. From one side, Davide is particularly interested in exploring the dynamics behind the accumulation of innovative activities in cities and knowledge-intensive hubs. On the other, his PhD research looks at the role played by high-skilled migrants in fostering technological progress in developing countries. |
