A multilingual gender justice, migrant rights and global development specialist, and a PhD Fellow since 2019 with over 15 years of experience in civil society, philanthropic and inter-governmental sectors. Tenzin holds a role as programme manager in the open society foundations. She is a strategic and analytical thinker, advocate, researcher, manager, and a grantmaker with deep engagement at the local, national/regional and global level. Tenzin have extensive experience in strategy design and implementation including: policy analysis; global theory of change frameworks; strategic communications; organizational capacity, sustainability planning and resource mobilization; monitoring and evaluation assessments; and knowledge management frameworks.
