Giulia Rossello is PhD fellow at UNU-MERIT Maastricht University. She was born in Italy in 1989. She studied economics at Pisa University and Sant'Anna school of advanced studies where she received a master of science in economics cum laude (http://mse.ec.unipi.it) with a thesis titled “Internet Infrastructure: a Multi-layer Network Analysis”. She was visiting student at CREST institute (http://www0.sun.ac.za/crest/) Stellenbosch South Africa.

Giulia Rossello is teaching assistant of Data Science and Econometrics in the MPP master program (https://www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/education/master/master-public-policy-and-human-development) and of Network Economics (https://www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/meta/96057/network-economics) at Maastricht University. Her current research includes several topics: empirics and theory of economic networks; social networks and knowledge systems; inequalities and social transformation and complex interactions. She has expertise at data analysis, complex networks, network theory.
