Nyasha Tirivayi studied public policy and policy analysis at the School of Governance, Maastricht University. In 2011 she obtained her PhD from Maastricht University with a thesis entitled ''The Welfare Effects of Integrating AIDS Treatment with Food Transfers: Evidence from Zambia". She did her post-doctoral research at TIER, Maastricht University. She recently worked for the UN’s Food and Agricultural Organization as a social protection specialist.
