The GPAC2 programme is developed with a cohort setting in mind. There is a yearly intake of one cohort, with each academic year starting 1 March. Each year the GPAC² cohort consists of 12-15 fellows, allowing education to be offered in various formats (i.e. not only lectures). The courses of the GPAC² training programme are mostly offered in a workshop format. Beyond traditional methods, UNU-MERIT and its School of Governance offer e-learning programmes for fellows to engage in while at home.
