Dr. Choolwe Muzyamba PhD


Affiliated Researcher

Choolwe holds a PhD from Maastricht University and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science-LSE (Cum Laude/With Distinction).  He currently works as an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University and also lectures at the University of Amsterdam (UvA).

He specialises in development economics, political economy, decoloniality studies, decolonized research methods, global/public health, Public policy and Governance, Sexual Reproductive Health and rights (SRHR), HIV, COVID-19 and maternal health, Community Mobilisation, and participatory development/health promotion.
