The Dual Career Training Programme to obtain a PhD in Governance and Policy Analysis (GPAC²) brings together scholars with various disciplinary backgrounds from leading institutes across the world and practitioners from policy-oriented organisations in order to initiate new research, contribute to current research and train young researchers.
