Gloria is an assistant professor at the School of Economics and Business at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Master of Public Administration from New York University, USA. She is also a PhD candidate in Policy Analysis and Governance at UNU-MERIT - Maastricht University, the Netherlands. In recent years, she has been leading 4 research projects funded by the standardised test administrator organisation in Colombia (ICFES) and other research projects in the field of Economics of Education. At Pontificia Universidad Javeriana she teaches Principles of Economics and Microeconomics at the undergraduate and graduate level.
