Kaleab K. Haile has a PhD in Economics and Governance. Passionate about the transformation of rural households in sub-Saharan Africa into climate resilient production and consumption units, his research focuses on the effects of climate shocks and risk management policies on households' behaviour and decision-making that ultimately determine their immediate and long-term income generating capacity.
