Marisa Foraci

PhD fellow

Marisa Foraci is a GPAC² fellow from the 2015 cohort. She holds a MA in Poverty and Development from the University of Sussex and a MA in European Studies and International Relations from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’. She is currently working as a Social Protection Specialist for UNICEF and has worked internationally for the UN at WFP HQ and UNDP in Cambodia and for the European Commission in North Africa, as nationally with the European Social Fund and the structural funds in Italy. Marisa’s research focuses on the rates of return of graduation models for children In Egypt and aims at supporting the existing body of evidence that is making the investment case for social protection programmes for children.
