The study producte analytical reports and support to JRC-IPTS in the development of relevant scenarios. The study constitutes a part of the JRC-IPTS activities to support the EU policies on short and long-term human resources, innovation and foresight. In this regard the project defines a process and Foresight methodology for the development of scenarios and the conclusions that can be drawn from scenario analysis and the study that underpins it.
Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (which encompasses PREST at the University of Manchester) is the main contractor for this study, other expertise will be provided by MERIT and TNO. |
