| Rossitza Rousseva has a background in technology and innovation management, and science and technology policy. Her areas of expertise are innovation management, knowledge management, capability development, strategic intent, and ICT sector. More broadly her research interests revolve around technology development, ICT industries, and innovation policy, with special focus on EU and new member states, and emerging economies. Her research specialisation is in development of software industries with special focus on capability building and innovation activities in latecomer software companies. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management from Institute of Economics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and MSc in Science and Technology Policy from Science and Technology Policy Research (SPRU), UK, and is finalising her DPhil in Technology and Innovation Management in SPRU, UK. |
