| My research interests include online collaborative learning, web 2.0 for education, distribution of innovation within (learning) networks and Communities of Learning (CoL). The latter is also the focus of my dissertation, where I specifically focus on the impact of hierarchical positions on the behaviour and performance of participants within organizational training programs. Next to my research activities, I am also the Program Manager eLearning at the MGSoG. Here, my responsibilities and tasks include the acquisition and coordination of related projects, as well as the development and implementation of online courses and modules. |
