Professor Hu joined UNU-MERIT on 26th Oct. 2008 as a visiting researcher, working with Prof. Adam Szirmai.
Hu has rich professional experience in the management of technology and regional innovation system (MOT&RIS), having previously finished many projects and publications.
He is a professor of management school and the director of 211 project office in Hebei University of Technology.
