The conference will be held in RUN RUN SHAW Conference Center in the campus of Renmin University. You can get to Renmin University by taxi or by bus from the airport or railway station (see transportation and maps).

From Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK)
- About 32 km to Renmin University.
- Taxi fee is about RMB120 (EUR12), includes the fee of high-way, another 10% will be added from 23:00 to 7:00 in the night.
- Shuttle bus line 4 can lead you to Renmin University from 7:00 to 23:00, the station is Friendship Hotel (five minutes from Renmin University, see map) and the fee is RMB16 (EUR 1.6).

From Beijing Railway Station
- About 18 km to Renmin University.
- Taxi fee is about RMB50 (EUR5), another 10% will be added from 23:00 to 7:00 in the night.
- No. 808 bus can lead you to east gate of Renmin University directly.
From Beijing West Railway Station
- About 9 km to Renmin University.
- Taxi fee is about RMB30 (EUR3), another 10% will be added from 23:00 to 7:00 in the night.
- No. 320 bus can lead you to east gate, and No. 374 bus to west gate of the University directly.

Excursion
The conference will organize a one-day excursion, including lunch and dinner, in Beijing on 23 April after the conference. The fee will be covered for all registered participants.
